About Joel Llopis.

Joel Llopis is a sculptor from Menorca (Spain).

 
I was born in Menorca and moved to Barcelona to advance my education in sculpture. Over the years, I have refined my artistic style, emphasizing the tactile connection with materials and expressing emotions through my work. My inspiration draws from the sea, wind, salt, and nostalgia, creating sculptures that blend beauty with the wear of time.

 
I have worked as a sculptor and I’m currently an instructor at the Barcelona Academy of Art and La Salle. I graduated in Industrial Modeling from l’Escola Llotja and participated in many workshops with notable artists such as Eudald de Juana and Grzegorz Gwiazda. I’ve exhibited in various galleries across Europe and my projects include commissions for the Lucrecia Awards trophy, the movie Gladiator II and sculptures for hotels and private collectors.
