Applications Deadlines

The minimum enrolment time in any regular course is always one term or trimestre [3 months].

Students can join any chosen program at the beginning of each term, and take it continuously, or choose to pass a time between each enrolment.

This is our school calendar. Depending on the term in which you want to join, there are deadlines to send your application:

  • Regular Courses | Full-time
  • Regular Courses | Part-time
  • Other courses

The full-time modality includes the subjects of the 19th-century program and the seminars assigned to each itinerary.

Fall Term

Deadline for receiving applications for the Fall Term: July 10

Winter Term

Deadline for receiving applications for the Winter Term: 30 November

Spring Term

Deadline for receiving applications for the Spring Term: 28 February

IMPORTANT

For the admission process, all applications received before the deadline be taken into account, even if the student has not received an immediate response after the application has been sent. Applications received after the deadline will be part of the waiting list for the requested term.

In case there are no free places in the requested term, the application will automatically be moved to the next term.

The part-time modality allows registering all the subjects of the 19th-century program and the seminars that belong to the programs of the regular courses individually.

In the regular courses, once the student is admitted, they will be asked to confirm their place with the payment of the non-refundable deposit. The non-refundable deposit corresponds to 10% of the total of the course registered by the student.

The rest of the enrolment must be paid in the dates that we specify by email when confirming your place at the rate of one payment per quarter enrolled, and always in advance. In case of not paying the non-refundable deposit, the place will be automatically available for another student reservation.
